Return & Refund

If there’s an issue we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To be eligible for a return:

1- Product must be a damaged product or a manufacturing error.
2- We require a samples and photos of the defective product.
3- In the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
4- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@veronce.com.
